Also known as "The Moving Medic," I am a General Practice Academic Clinical Fellow at Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland. I previously completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine and I now undertake research in sedentary behaviour and physical activity. I am passionate about helping people to sit less and move more in order to live longer, happier and healthier lives.
