Born 1959. MD 1988. Swedish GP diploma 1997. Part time salaried researcher and GP since 1996 in Region Kronoberg. PhD in 2003 and 2011 Associate professor of General Practice at Lund University and 2019 adj professor at Linnaeus University Kalmar. Grounded theory is my expertise but I cheat in epidemiology as well. Substantive areas are cancer diagnosis, psychosocial aspects and palliative care; ethics, diabetes, cognitive impairment, telemedicine, nursing etc. Swedish editor of Scandinavian Journal of Primary Health Care since 2010. In the European General Practice Research Network I am engaged in international primary care research projects.
