Short Bio

Eurasian Society of Family Medicine (ESFAM) is a non-profit academic organization aiming to provide high-quality continuing professional development for family physicians/general practitioners and exchange ideas, information and experience in family medicine/primary care and support learning community of primary health care. To achieve its goals, ESFAM is conducting educational activities in two main branches: academic publishing and conference organizing. To elevate the quality and impact of its activities, ESFAM is collaborating with respected scientists and researchers representing their academic and geographical territories throughout the world. ESFAM organized EGPRN Edirne Meeting on October 2015 in collaboration with TAHUD and Trakya University. ESFAM is the publisher of Eurasian Journal of Family Medicine (EJFM) since 2012 (Printed ISSN: 2147-3161 / Electronic ISSN: 2147-3404). Eurasian Journal of Family Medicine is a peer-reviewed journal which publishes research articles, reviews and case reports in all areas of family medicine/general practice. The main objective of EJFM is to provide high-quality continuing professional development for family physicians/general practitioners and exchange ideas, information and experience in family medicine/primary care and support learning community of primary health care. EJFM is publishing the Selected Abstracts of EGPRN Meetings as a Supplement since 2019. Official language of the journal is English. EJFM is indexed in DOAJ, SCOPUS, Index Copernicus International, TR Index by TUBITAK ULAKBIM, Turkiye Citation Index, J-Gate, Turk Medline, InfoBase Index, Google Scholar.
