Call for EGPRN Executive Board Elections
Dear Members,
We are pleased to announce that elections for the EGPRN Executive Board will take place during our upcoming meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden, on Thursday 8 May 2025. These elections will determine the Executive Board members for the next three-year term.
The Honorary Secretary and the Executive Board officially invite all EGPRN members to nominate candidates for election.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only paying members (for the year in which the elections take place) are eligible.
- Candidates must not have served more than two terms on the Executive Board.
- Self-nominations are not permitted.
- All nominations must be seconded by another EGPRN member (not the candidate).
Election Details
- The elections will be held during the Council meeting on 8 May 2025 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
- Only Council members and current Executive Board members are eligible to vote.
- The seven candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to the Executive Board.
- Newly elected members will be invited to attend the Executive Board Meeting on Sunday, 11 May 2025.

The deadline for submitting nominations is 21 March 2025.
